Description

This 1931 Martin 00-21 is a great buy for a player seeking an entry point into the realm of pre-war guitars without paying a top-of-market price. The body has been oversprayed long ago, and a non-original pickguard added. Say what you will about the cosmetic effects of said work, but the sound is still here. This is a fat, warm sounding guitar, with the woody & dry mids only found in a vintage Martin. Overall playability is excellent ... but let's not stray too far from the discussion of sound. We're regularly contact by clients looking for guitars with the fabled ancient tone regardless of what's been done to them. If this is you, here you go! Please call us for a full in-hand description. Priced with Martin thermoplastic hard case.
