Description

"Every day we try to make a better guitar, every day. You're trying to reach for more, trying to do better, not trying to do the same. A lot of companies are trying to do the same, and that's okay - that's their deal. We're trying to stretch that. Our goal is a little more." - Bill Collings

This guitar covers a huge range of very usable tones and pushes you into new territory just by it's very nature. You won't soon forget the first time you hit a familiar E chord shape and are greeted with a deep, piano-like crrrrang! that standard tuned 6 strings can only dream of delivering. It's also nearly impossible to ignore the Mastery-made trem when playing - too much fun! As you'd imagine with a Collings built guitar, it stays in tune perfectly.

Sometimes baritone guitars have one pickup setting that sounds awesome, the others...meh (Danelectro comes to mind). Not so on this guitar. Each position sounds great and is very usable. Our favorite? Middle position or bridge position into a clean Fender-style amp w/lots of reverb and tremolo. We couldn't resist running through a few David Lynch pieces in addition to just getting lost in new ideas. Amazing.

Priced with hardshell case.
