Description

One of our most popular mandolins, and a seriously huge jump up in quality from the entry-level instruments out there, the Collings MT has nice chop, great volume, and most importantly -- a warm, powerful sound for single note lines and for chords. There is nothing shrill or metallic here, just a very well made, tremendous-sounding mandolin.  Other details include: carved solid spruce top, carved solid maple back and sides, satin finish with standard Collings MT sunburst, nickel Gotoh tuners, nickel Collings tailpiece, large, comfortable fret wire. This left-handed model includes a TKL hardshell case.
