Description

A stunning example of Collings tonal capabilities just in on consignment! The MT2-V is the final stop on the spec train and features a host of tonal and hardware upgrades, the most notable of which is a thinly applied varnish finish that allows the mandolin to resonate more freely. The sound is crystal clear with plenty of overtones and a crisp "pop" that carries across the room. Some finish checking on the back and sides keep the condition from being described as mint, but other than that it is extremely clean with no discernible signs of wear. The MT2 has become known as the golden standard for demanding players and this one truly stands out from the crowd. Priced with non original hardshell case.
