This Collings I-35 Deluxe in "Dr. Pepper" Sunburst is a study in refined elegance. With just a touch more purple and brown than a standard Dark Cherry Sunurst, the "Dr. Pepper" Sunburst adds depth and vibrancy to an already beautiful finish. Add the gorgeous quilted maple top to the mix and you've got one hell of a beautiful guitar, no? 

Take the best 335 you've played and mix in a touch of Les Paul punch and midrange, thanks to the maple top / mahogany body combination, and you'll start to get a sense of what these guitars are all about tonally. The Throbak SLE101+ humbuckers deliver vintage-inspired semi-hollow tones with ease. The bridge pickup has great bite that's perfect for rock styles, and the neck pickup delivers open, fat tones that never get muddy - a rare thing with neck pickups (especially humbuckers).
