The Grosh ElectraJet is a truly a modern classic. The first thing you notice when sitting down to play an Electrajet is how well it balances. While the design borrows from Fenders offset models, the Electrajet is definitely it's own thing. More modern than a Fender offset, there's also an unmistakable Strat element that we can't quite put our finger on (to underscore that point, Mark Knopfler owns and plays Electrajets in addition to his ever-present Strats).

This is a brilliant gigging and recording guitar that can conjure up thoughts of a fuller Strat, fat Tele-esq tones, all the way through Les Paul-like roar. Versatility is the name of the game here. Loaded with a Grosh 327 Small Block humbucker and overwound (5%) Fat 60s single coils, you can cover a huge range of tones a la a Super Strat. The slighter hotter pickups still sound clear and open - exactly what we love about Grosh guitars, this set up of pickups just packs an extra wallop.

What makes things even more interesting is the coil tap (on the tone control) which splits the bridge position humbucker into a single coil - and - a blend control which allows you to achieve even more pickup combinations (you can essentially blend in the neck pickup to the bridge pickup a la a Telecaster). It's really pretty limitless, again making this a first call guitar for gigs that need versatility, or sessions where you need to cover a lot of ground. 

Condition: Very good. The back of this EJ shows moderate buckle rash, a good bit of which is on the back plate (trem cover), though there is some present on the body and into the finish. It's on the back, so...whether that matters is subjective. The rest of the guitar just shows light wear in the form of pick swirls on the guard and a small mark here and there on the body, all very minor. The frets show just the faintest bit of wear and are in excellent condition - the setup is great as well. 

As mentioned, players like Mark Knopfler have Electrajets in their collections - enough said, right? This EJ got some play, but all the good guitars do! A fantastic guitar with some atypical features not seen often on the market! Priced with original hardshell case.
