Description

We're delighted to have this 2000 Model E from luthier Kathy Wingert here in the shop! The "E" is Wingert's Grand Concert shape, designed with low end responsiveness and comfort in mind. And true to the mission statement, this guitar packs a wallop - especially for a player who wants to attack it lightly but be rewarded with big, warm tone all the way up the neck. The back and sides are Indian rosewood, with classic spruce top and some beautiful appointments (wood binding, abalone purfling, rosette, and backstrip). The sound is rich and balanced, with a notably powerful yet balanced bass response. The previous owner has cared for it lovingly, and it remains in excellent condition. Call us if you'd like an in-hand description!
